The ORATECH ERP application programs on three Phases :
Phase I: The Implementer studies the current situation with the customer, a full analysis of the current session of documentary and duty cycle has, targeting this stage to understand and review the documentary cycle and follow the procedures at the client in order to determine the points needed improvement and gaps, if any, ending this phase documenting it and providing study of the current situation (As Is) client and the approval and adoption.
Phase II: The implementer and the team in cooperation with the operators of the project at the client presentation and discussion of the proposed work cycles applied so as to reach a better picture of the application of the program for the development of the client and achieve the highest the hoped return, as is the appropriate settings processing and system coding optimization, as well as appropriate future work sessions and how to apply and ends this phase has documented this study and provide future status (TO BE) client and the approval and adoption.
Phase III : the training of staff and users of the program phase, in accordance with the preparation and course work specified in the second phase and evaluate the accommodating staff and their response to it.
